Decorative lanterns from across the globe, eco-friendly kitchenware, antique jewellery that's trendier now than it ever was, clothing and footwear, flowers, furniture, wine and everything in between. Take your time to walk the streets of Myrtleford's town centre and you'll be amazed at what you find.

Shopping in Myrtleford

Myrtleford is the largest town in Bright & Surrounds with the diversity of stores to match. Wander the town centre along Myrtle Street (Great Alpine Road), Clyde Street and Standish Street and you'll find everything: boutique stores, homewares, art, wine, clothing, footwear, jewellery, bikes, sporting goods, skis, snowboards and outdoor wear, books, op shops, antiques and beauty products – and plenty of cafes to get your caffeine fix in along the way.

Popular Stores

Some popular stores include Red Ramia Trading – a Moroccon-style bazaar that is deceptively large and full of mesmerising wares from the Middle East and Asia. Other favourites include The Village Trader, with its eco homewares and goods; Greystones Antiques, with its beautiful collection of refurbished period furniture, glassware and jewellery, and Elkemi for womens, mens and kids fashion.

Skis, Bikes & Outdoor Gear

If you love the outdoors, you'll find bicycle gear at the Myrtleford Cycle Centre, where you can also hire bikes to ride the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail; and Rays Ski Shop has everything you'll need for a trip to the snow and is a great place to grab a bargain in the off-season. Another ski rental store you might like to check out is Happy Valley Hub down in Ovens.

Op Shops

Myrtleford also has three fantastic op-shops – The Roundabout Op Shop, MYRT' Op Shop and The Hospital Op Shop – where someone's past love may just become your new favourite. Not only that, but it's a brilliant way of helping the environment by reducing clothing and homewares waste and ensuring items are used for their maximum life.

There's plenty more to discover, so take you're time, have some lunch, and enjoy our lovely little town.
